Popis

The university textbook is intended primarily for students of mathematics teacher training programs, as well as for all those interested in imaging methods and their use in solving geometric problems. Its goal is to provide a systematic overview of the basic imaging methods used in school practice at various levels of mathematical education and at the same time contribute to a deeper understanding of geometric relationships in space through the solution of construction problems.

In individual chapters, we gradually address free parallel projection, dimensioned projection, Monge projection, rectangular axonometry, oblique projection and axial affinity between two planes. Special emphasis is placed in the textbook on the didactic aspect of the explanation. Individual topics are designed to provide students with not only professional knowledge, but also examples of the practical use of the issue. Solved examples, illustrative illustrations and tasks for independent work support the development of spatial imagination, construction skills and the ability to explain geometric concepts and procedures in a clear manner. The textbook also emphasizes the need to connect mathematical knowledge with its didactic interpretation and effective use in teaching mathematics.
